  • Characteristics of on load tap changer tester for transformers

    1. Strong comprehensive measurement ability. One instrument can measure various quantities of on load tap changers. Such as switch selection, whether there is a breakpoint, transition waveform, transition time, transition resistance, three-phase synchronization, etc.

    2. More comprehensive analysis of measurement results. Users can analyze the resistance values and time of each point in the waveform, the time of each time period, and the three-phase of different phases through the large screen LCD display and function buttons. Through visual analysis, it is possible to understand the changes in various parameters of the three-phase switch at every moment during the switching process, and to analyze and compare waveform printing, storage, and historical waveforms.

    3. Print it out. The instrument is equipped with a front panel paper exchange printer, which can be directly archived as a test report for the switch.

    4. Menu driven, flexible operation. All operational functions, prompts, and measurement results are displayed on a large 240 × 128 point LCD screen. Users only need to press the function keys according to the prompts to perform measurements.

    5. The instrument is equipped with anti shock and overvoltage protection circuits. All external leads of the instrument are sent to the measurement circuit through a protection system, which can prevent damage to the instrument due to instantaneous discharge of large inductance or wiring errors.

    6. Has good anti-interference performance. The all aluminum alloy casing and instrument are equipped with power noise filters and anti-interference circuits, which can reliably measure in places with poor power quality and strong electromagnetic field interference.

    7. Power outage data retention. The user's measurement data and waveform can be stored separately in the instrument. The stored content will not be lost due to power outage. Especially suitable for bringing back to the laboratory for analysis and archiving after on-site testing is completed.
