  • The use and precautions of non partial discharge withstand voltage test device

    In order to work in different usage environments and conditions, while adapting to different voltage levels and capacity requirements. Our company has designed a series of power frequency non partial discharge test transformers and their corresponding complete sets of equipment, including four models and over sixty specifications.  

    Power frequency non partial discharge test transformers are divided into four types according to their structural types: single-phase iron shell type, single-phase iron shell cascade type, single-phase insulation cylinder shell type, and single-phase insulation cylinder external cascade type. Single phase iron shell is suitable for gas applications with low voltage capacity, easy portability, or high voltage capacity but low partial discharge requirements; Suitable for situations where the voltage is not too high and the use is relatively fixed. Users can choose single-phase insulated cylinder cascade products according to different needs. They are suitable for situations where high partial discharge requirements, high voltage capacity, or low voltage capacity are suitable for carrying. There are four different models to choose from.  

    The non partial discharge power frequency test of transformers should follow specific usage methods.  

    Be fully prepared. A power supply with appropriate capacity and voltage should be selected. Before wiring, it is necessary to place each device in a suitable location and choose the distance from surrounding objects. According to the equipment composition diagram, select appropriate wires and connect each wire correctly. At the same time, firmly ground the high-voltage tail and measuring winding terminals. The grounding wire of each device should be connected correctly, and it must be ensured that the grounding point coincides with the actual grounding point. Prepare to start and execute manual or automatic operation programs. For further instructions, please refer to the console user manual. The transformer has not undergone partial discharge power frequency test. Attention: When conducting power frequency non partial discharge tests, pay attention to the relevant requirements of the transformer. It should meet the maximum output power of the main circuit power supply.  

    When boosting, it is necessary to observe whether each instrument is operating normally and overloading is strictly prohibited. All grounding points must be concentrated at the same grounding point. Do not dump equipment, and do not run out of oil during use. The high-voltage bushing includes an insulating shell and an iron shell, which must be avoided from collision and scratching. The equipment must comply with regulations, and storage or use of the entire equipment is prohibited when the temperature is below -5 ° C. When changing the equipment environment, the relative temperature difference should not exceed 15 ° C. It is strictly prohibited to cover the surface of the casing with water, ice, or snow, and indoor equipment should not be stored outdoors. The sentence components and semantics remain unchanged. After the test is completed, the key to the console should be removed and stored properly. Before using this device, it is necessary to carefully read the manual and pay special attention to the provisions of Article 6 and Article 72, which must be strictly followed.  

    As for the power frequency non partial discharge test transformer, its daily maintenance and transportation are essential. In order to ensure the normal use of this equipment, it must be placed in a dry and clean place, and measures should be taken to prevent rain, snow, water, and dust when not in use. When used outdoors, attention should also be paid to lightning protection work. Regularly inspect all fasteners of equipment that has been idle for a long time, and clean the surfaces of insulation sleeves and insulation cylinders. Transportation equipment needs to be fixed and packaged with steel wire ropes, and attention should be paid to the loading method and direction to prevent internal components from moving, loosening, and deforming during start-up and braking. The loading direction should be determined based on the provided assembly drawing, and the axial direction of the winding component should be perpendicular to the walking direction of the transport vehicle. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the loading method of the transformer. The transformer has not undergone partial discharge and power frequency testing. If the power frequency non partial discharge test transformer of the equipment malfunctions and the user is unable to repair it on their own, they should immediately notify our company and request that we send it back to the factory for repair.
