The climate (temperature, humidity) requirements for the experimental work shall comply with the requirements of the test regulations, and shielding measures shall be taken if necessary.

During the experiment, if the pointer of the voltmeter swings significantly, the reading of the ammeter increases sharply, or if the test sample emits smoke, flashover, abnormal burning smell, etc., the experiment should be stopped immediately and the power should be turned on. Cut off and investigate the cause.

The high-voltage testing work must strictly comply with the relevant provisions of the safety work regulations issued by the Ministry of Electric Power.
