Therefore, batteries should be tested and maintained on a quarterly or even monthly basis, with test results thoroughly analyzed. Internationally, battery internal resistance testing has become widely adopted for routine battery maintenance, as internal resistance is recognized as a key parameter for accurately and quickly assessing battery health.
The Battery Internal Resistance Tester features a color resistive touch screen, allowing flexible and convenient operation using a finger or stylus. It is a digital, storage-capable, multifunctional portable tester designed to rapidly and accurately measure the operating status parameters of batteries. The instrument can measure the voltage and internal resistance of individual cells online, store and process the collected data, provide alarms for battery faults, and accurately identify the condition of each cell. It supports data saving, querying, deletion, and export. The accompanying PC software analyzes and displays test data through various charts and automatically generates battery test reports.
